Event Gift Cards must be redeemed online What’s On
Choose the event you would like to book, select tickets and in the shopping cart, enter the gift card number.
If there is a remaining balance, this can be applied for another ticket order, as long as the card is still valid and within the expiration date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Cards are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue/purchased, unless stated otherwise.
Cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any special promotions.
We are not responsible if Gift Cards are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
With Afternoon Tea Gift Cards and other experiences, cost supplements may apply at the time of the voucher holder’s reservation, due to potential price increases.
Event tickets and Afternoon Tea reservations are subject to availability.
