Venue Hire

With four modern, versatile function and meeting rooms, we can host parties, celebrations and corporate events from 20 to 300+ guests.

Monty’s Bar & Kitchen

Open daily from 9am, offering great drinks, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, with a menu of all day breakfasts, Sunday roasts, afternoon teas and events including quiz nights.

Sports

Our sports facilities include football and cricket pitches, padel courts, a bowls green, archery, and a modern gym and fitness studio.

The Gym

Our modern gym features strength and cardio equipment, free weights, Olympic lifting racks and functional training areas for all fitness levels.

Metropolitan is a Purpose Built Events & Sports Venue

Metropolitan is an award winning hospitality, events and sports venue in Bushey near Watford in Hertfordshire. Originally built in 1967 by and for the Metropolitan Police as a sports and social club, we now welcome everyone.

Set within 36 acres, our venue includes four modern function rooms for hire and a public bar and restaurant, Monty’s Bar and Kitchen. We also offer some of the best sports facilities in the county, including 17 football pitches, 3 cricket pitches, 6 padel courts, a bowls green and a gym, and are home to a wide range of clubs and community groups.
