MET Rewards FAQs

Everything you need to know about MET Rewards.

No. MET Rewards is our free customer loyalty programme, open to everyone. It is separate from our Club Membership, which is exclusively available to serving and retired police officers and staff.

Club Members, Gym Members and Parking Pass holders can also sign up to MET Rewards and enjoy additional benefits, discounts and rewards.

Please note that discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined or used at the same time, unless otherwise stated.

Your MET Rewards number is emailed when you sign up. You’ll also find it on your digital MET Rewards pass, which you can save in your Google or Apple Wallet.

Simply show your digital MET Rewards pass or give your MET Rewards number to a member of our team before you pay at Monty’s Bar & Kitchen.

Your eligible spend will then be linked to your MET Rewards account and your points added automatically.

You can check your current points balance and available rewards online at any time.

You can access your account using the email address, mobile number or MET Rewards number registered to your account, together with your PIN.

You can use your points towards rewards available through MET Rewards.

Rewards may change from time to time, so check your account to see what is currently available and how many points you need to redeem them.

When you collect enough points to qualify for a reward, it will become available on your MET Rewards account.

Check your account at any time to see your current points balance and any rewards you have available to use.

Some points, rewards or special offers may have an expiry date. Where an expiry applies, details will be shown with the relevant reward or offer.

Please remember to show your digital MET Rewards pass or give us your MET Rewards number before you pay.

Points cannot be added after your transaction has been completed.

I’ve forgotten my MET Rewards number. How do I find it?

You can find your number on your digital MET Rewards pass.

You can also access your MET Rewards account online using the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

If you’re having trouble accessing your MET Rewards account, first check that you’re using the email address or mobile number you registered with.

If you’re still having problems, please speak to the team and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes. You can leave MET Rewards at any time. Please contact us if you would like your account cancelled.
